This page is intended to be your stepping-off point to a whole series of tutorials on various aspects of the Internet, some intended for casual surfers, some for Web designers. At the time of writing, there is only one such tutorial, and it is intended to help designers understand how colours are specified on the Web.

The next tutorial is likely to be a beginner's guide to finding things on the Web, and elsewhere on the Internet.
